Outlook Express or MS Outlook – reply all & attachments

Dear all,

here i have a very important question to you;

when i "reply all" to a message that has any attachment in either OE or MS Outlook, attachment is no longer in the mail.

how can i make a setting so that when i reply a mail that has an attachment, attachment will remain?
