Step 1 (Installing the Program). First, before your install
CA Antivirus, uninstall any other anti-virus software already in your computer. Restart your computer after uninstalling. If you downloaded the installation file, the installation starts automatically or simply double-click the installation file for
CA Antivirus located on your desktop. Note: If you are using Windows Vista, the User Account Control window may appear, prompting you to respond. Administrative privileges are required to complete this action. Respond to the User Account Control prompt to continue. Select Install from the Installation Menu. Enter your license key in the field provided. Note: If you purchased a CD, the license key is on the back of your CD sleeve. If you downloaded the software, the license key was emailed to you. You must enter the key exactly as it appears in the email. Select the folder in which you want to install
