I need help bad

Hi, i have a major problem. My computer was fine, then i turned it off, then 1 hour later i turn it on... Vid card info... Beep... and nothing!! it stops before the memory check! Ok so ill reset bios, i removed the batt. restarted, that damn bios picture showed up but still nothing happen. I get no warning beep, but i've still tried to remove on of my RAM still same prob. I really dont know what to do. I can't get in bios i can just watch that dumb picture and nothing happen. please help me

my mainboard is an Asus p4b266-c

Remove both RAMs and try putting a new one. Power supply may also be faulty. Well i dont think so anybody can dignose it correctly here.
