Outlook dropped for exceeding max decompression layer limit

Hi guys and gals,

I'm trying to find a solution for a problem for a friend who cannot recieve emails with attachments. They get the email with this error and no attachment (the ips are masked for obvious reasons):

"Your mail 999.999.999.999:9999->999.999.999.999 is dropped for exceeding max decompression layer limit"

They are using [COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif][COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]outlook [/font][COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]2003[/font][/color][/font][/color][/color]. The only thing I can find on this issue is concerning multiple [COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif][COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]zip [/font][COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]files[/font][/color][/font][/color][/color] with either AV software or a Netscreen. The attachments are not zipped so that rules both of those resolutions out.

Any light that can be shed on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Post any further questions if needed.

Ok here is what you do to resolve this error instantly....

Instant kill! Equip the Deathrender to the Fanatic. Sacrifice it to deal 1 damage to your opponent. Enduring Renewal and Deathrender's abilities both trigger. Stack them so Enduring Renewal's resolves first, and return the Fanatic to your hand. Then, when Deathrender's ability resolves, you put the Fanatic back into play and attach Deathrender to it.
