they all have purpose in doing that...they became a hacker because they want something to access with out permission to that certain things...and that's requires skills...lol...they became a spammer also they have a purpose whether it is personal or not...they tend to spam usually for advertisement purposes...that requires nothing...lol...

Hacker is a person who uses a computer system without a specific, constructive purpose or without proper authorization while Spammer is a person that sends unsolidated email for commercial nature.

(i did not meant.,the Money Theft.,)
i meant.,
at last month.,one of the website was banned me.
i was very angry and shamed on me..
cos of i am not spammer and i did not familier in hacking..
but,they blocked my name..why they was banned me.,i used the internet at last 3years.,i always helped to another people,at yet,i have not any fouls.,
so i want to response.
at that Condition,i thought..,
some of the person was become the black men about the white men.,
i meant.,
A lot of the persons was neglected by the bit company,at there.,they became the spammers,hackers and black man.,i think.,the percent will be 98%.
May be yes or Not?
