computer gamma
my computer keep changing the gamma by itself...it just changes???i don't know if i have a virus or spy-wear on here or not i have a ATI radeon 9600 xtasy with CATALYST 5.7 on it my comp is a Acer vt7100 with Intel PentiumIII 1.0ghz 512mb ram and xp pro 5.1 build2600 and help would be great
i have Microsoft anti spy-wear avg anti-virus spy-bot search and destroy spy-wear blaster and mozzila firefox thnxs |

worse
its slowly getting worse now my screen will change often (usually turns to a shade of blue or purple) i think its my monitor...it got wet about 4 days ago, and it started after that. it changes about every 50 sec now. wow is it annoying.
almost getting use to it lol |

Its likely the water got in and shorted one of the circuits that controls the gamma, you may want to see if you still have a warranty on it or if its worth fixing.
I recommend, if you're out of warranty, just opening the monitor and checking for any broken wires or rusted connections, unless you're scared of elecrticity, then just get used to it. |
