Then get back to using XP or install Windows 7. Windows XP rocks as you know and from what I hear and seen Windows 7 is even better.

Yeah. Windows 7 is awesome. I am using it now.
Although 70+ processes are running, you won't sense any bit of slowness

Bt, the Linux is not so user-friendly as Microsoft OS..Hope Ubuntu to be better in the following versions
