MDG Computers (Canadian Company)

We just bought an MDG computer for CHristmas then read bad reviews on them. Anyone know anything about MDG computers?? It is a Canadian company.

I'm sorry to learn that you have also become an unfortunate victim as well. I bought mine on Dec 24, 2005 and am trying to get my money back with the help of the Ontario government's Consumer Services Bureau.

You can exercise your right to cancel the sale agreement as a result of unfair business practice(s) as described in the Consumer Protection Act 2002. This means that MDG did not give you what you have been promised and paid for. As an example, if MDG installed a Celeron processor and their ad said Pentium 4, then you have the right to get your money back.

I do not trust MDG anymore. It seems that that MDG make it a habit of substituting lower end parts knowing that most people do not know how to check what they really got and are getting away with this practice. Did MDG really think they can fool all the people all the time ???
