hoe to enable Add/remove button?

hi all
there is a seriopus problem in my comp(Win Xp Pro).
Somehow the add/remove button in Add/remove Programs is not visible.
How to enable it or make it visible.
Plz help. I am not inable to uninstall unwanted softwares.
Pz help me.

I think u must`ve done something to the installation

In so many years of my Office XP experience i`ve never seen such a problem . Plz contact microsoft forums.

And plz tell me the solution if there exists any..
