Send E-mail

Hi All;
I want to send some files by just right clicking the file and then choosing send option e-post receiver. But this option is disable. How can I make it enable?

I don't think that option will work unless you have your own mail server set up via outlook. And most files atleast *.exe, *.reg, theres quite a few of them. You can use instant messengers to send a lot of files but as far as the one click transfer of files I've never heard of it. You need to explain a little bit more detail if possible...

PHelloPThis is the property of Outlook Express. I am using Outlook Express both at home and at work. At home I have no problem with it. I can send any file by right clicking on the file and then choosing "send" .... All "send" options are available when I click "send" at home. But at work many of them are disable.
