Why is africa always faced with lack og good drinking water and severe shortage of food.But yet still we have a vast land that can occupy everything we grow on the land.

I'm quite sure that you have to know the answer to that. If your nation was faced with constant wars, corruption, bad governance, poverty, drought, famine, high mortality rates, rampant disease, brain drain--usually, a combination of several of these factors--your nation would probably end up like some African nations.

May I ask most respectfully--what's with the Africa kick? Are you really curious, or are you looking for folks to badmouth African nations/leaders/people?

I apologize in advance if I have offended you, and this is not your intent.
