Eye Problem - Using Computer

I start net business on Jan 2005. I work only 4 hours a day using ARC Plus glass. My eye problem starts on October.

My doctor told no problem in my eye. He gives me drops for two month. It not reduces my eye problem.

Now, I think to stop computer working. Please help me solve my eye problem giving best idea.

Teher is also a screen you can put in front of the computorscreen, sorry I don't know what it is called in english, maybe somebody else do?

Karin is it Filter Screen that you are tryin to say? it is very helpful indeed when you have it in your monitor. I use it for my monitor

i had the same problem and my eyes started to bother me and even if i resisted it it would get to tear.
doctor told me to not sit in front of tv/monitor for more than 1 hour continiously and give it a break for 15 minutes and then continue.also heared that vitamin e is very good for the eye,you can buy one box of those vitamin e's and eat 1 in a day/4,5 days a week.

Me too I get problems with my view because of the computer screens. But effectively now with a good flat screen well set, you should have so much troubles. And I don't think vitanmins A or E could solve every eyes problems guys!img src="/richedit/smileys/8.gif" border="0" brbr
