I'm not sure under what circumstances it was on Google Video. But I'm guessing that was the reason it was removed.
Looking at the site, it's clear that it is copyright-protected material.

So, that means you either buy the DVD, or get an illegal copy of it.
Neither of which we can help you with, here.
(Too bad. It does look pretty interesting.)
