Google is being sued again.

brbrI don't think it is Google's fault. I doubt they can control bots that are supposed to SCAN everything. Even bad things.br

The suit is nonsense, and will probably be summarily dismissed, as others have before it.
It's not the job of any search engine to police the content of the Internet.
Ridiculous.

google get millions of sites apply to get afvertised everyday, and they expect them to know whats in every one of them? absolute bs.

Yeah, I agree. How can a search engine be expected to go through the content of the millions of websites that it indexes? As mondine said, its ridiculous.

I agree. It's not up to Google, it's up to us as consumers to police ourselves by not visiting those type of sitesif we aren't into that, by paying close attention to what our children are doing on the Internet, and by reporting to the filtering companies that we use when their filters do not work. We also must report any of that type of spam when we get it to our ISP's so that they can help us address it. Eventually, everyone will be better served.
