Google's Organizational Structure
I'm doing a project for my Organizational Theory and Design class. I need to know aboutGoogle's Organizational Structure. Things like:br
-how many levels of management they havebr -whether decision-making authority isde-centralizedbr -whether communication occurs heavily across departments or departments are more autonomousbr br If anyone could help me with this kind of information, or point me in the direction where I can find it fast (project due very soon), that would be great.br br Thanks!br Arthur.br |

If I know well all shareholders have voting rights. Furthermore, every employee has a daily 2 hours to work on his/her own project using Google's tools (ie. Computers)... so are grown several labs projects.
