Expelled from Chapman University, had one sem. left

FONT face="Comic Sans MS" color=#c00000 I was expelled from Chapman University with only one semester left to go. I graduated in May of 2005 with my master's in Special Education and only needed to complete my student teaching to get my credential. When the fall semester started I had a disagreement with two professors on where I would be doing my student teaching.{Through my summer correspondence with them they said I would remain relatively local but found out differently in September.} They were offended and then wrote a total of eight pages of complete lies and slander about me. It went before the Student Review Board-which was made up of four professors who work intimately with these two professors. How bias is that!!! The next day they voted on my expulsion. I then appealed to the provost, but to no avail. I then went to the dean of the department who gave me an offer. If I voluntarily leave the programhe wouldpull the letters frommy file. I told him those letters of lies should not even be in existence. I told him I would not voluntarily leave. He said “Sorry” and I was expelled.BR When I first went to the review board I came with all my documents that disputed everything these professors wrote, plus I had a 3.6 GPA, had recommendations from two other professors,and was never in trouble academically or socially, but it meant nothing to them. Those professors’ lies were gold in their eyes. Plus, one was head of the department and the one that never liked me for no apparentreason. She was the type of professor that if you would ask her a question in class she would answer you with: "I'm not lying to you. Do you think I am lying to you?"/FONT

Well... I mean.. what you are saying is equally as biased.. and it doesnt give any informations.. for instance what these "lies" were... it must be serious to be expelled.

One would think that if your case actually had merit an attorney would do it pro-bono for the publicity.

You should have bought an audio recorder and recorded the conversation where she offered you the deal and then take that to the courts as evidence. Just a matter of getting her to say the right things really.
