Help with internet services/cable/telephone

Hey everyone I wanted to get some information about some cable services. Also the telephone and the cable. I currently use Cox Communications for my internet and TV. The costs are too much and I'm trying to change the services. I use Verizon for my home phone. Any1 have ideas for good services around fairfax, Virginia?brbr
