E-mail account for Yahoo

I lost my password for my account and I typed my birthdate but stills says its not the right birthdate. brI don't know why and my birthdate should be correct. brCan anyone help me out?img src="/richedit/smileys/Sad/11.gif" border="0" brIt would be great if anyone could.br

I'm not familiar with the prompt that they use.
Is it clear which form the date should be in? That is, the order of day, month and year?
Can you try variations on this?

I tried all the possible variations that I could and I guessed all the dates that I may have put in.brBut they don't work out. I'm not sure what to do. I don't think there is another way is there?br

If you follow the "forgot password" links, and get to the help pages,
you should be able to get to a feedback form to submit your problem.
As long as you have the same (alternate) address that you signed up with,
there should be a chance of having them reset the password.
