Hi,
I was looking for a job abroad 4 years ago and have some experience with this.

I don't want disappointing you, but usually posting CV online has very small effect. You can post your CV for months with no results, because web sites that collect your CV - DON'T LOOK FOR JOB FOR YOU! Your CV just sitting there in their database waiting for someone accidentally would find it. It's pointless.

GOLDEN RULES:
1. Employees usually have connections with local "TRUSTED" recruitment companies, this is where they call first! Only small numbers are looking on the internet!
2. Employees in every country prefer local staff, then others, so your CV has to be better than others!

TRY THIS:
1. If you had money and time to spend several months in that country where you're going, that would make difference! You might visit local recruitment companies and leave them your CV, also read local newspapers.
-That's how I found my job abroad, I actually came there!
2. Try searching for the company you want to work for FIRST. THEN look if they have CAREERS section on their web site, post your CV there.

REMEMBER: You'll have to be patient with foreigners, they are really slow on decision. Replies usually come within 2-4 weeks.

It would make great difference if you had previouse experience working in that country where you're going, but since I assume you don't, you have to have good looking CV, so they would say "WOW, This is the guy we need! Call him!", otherwise just forget it.

Hope this helped,
Alex
