Is there any way i can improve my concentration?

For the past few months i have been having the worst days - waking up ill tempered and lacking the concentration i used to have! It's really annoying! It's almost as if i have mood swings every day! Schools really hard! Barely got through this year without getting fails in tests. Friends usually say its usually late nights on msn or watching tv, but i dont thinkso! What shall i do???? Has anybody else felt the same way?

Lack of concentration is unusual for your sign and it's unusual for your age either.

Make a test - catch yourself on 1 single event, when you forgot something to do. Ok, let's imagine that you had to do homework, right? Ok, but you forgot it, so try to remember what you were thinking about when you forgot to do it. Then you may find what's on your mind most of the time that distracts you from usual things.

Or just get some fresh air and try to focus on 1 single thing at a time, don't take too much on your head if you feel you can't handle it.

I'm not a medical doctor, but could you be lacking minerals and vitamins? I had the same problem some years ago. Eating varied, healthy food and getting into a structured day rhythm helped me a lot.

It might also be hormonal. I was a seething cauldron when I was your age
