Japanese Language Install?

What's going on. Every time I come to the GC site it asks me to install the japanese language pack. I do not want it, nor do I see why I would need it. Is anyone else getting this?

The reason you are getting this is that some of the google adds here seem to be in Japanese.

Not sure why yet tough, intelliot any idea?

I get the same thing in Internet Explorer, but not Firefox.
