Which one is better energizer, why and which one contain more caffeine and which one is good to use.

actually i havent tested those too.. what i take is sweet candies, chocolates
that keeps me awake for 24 hours.. you know why it keeps me awake?

cause it is glucose.. glucose is a food for the brain.. when the brain is eating your body is awake

i drink coffee before going to work, caffeine makes your brain
active...but don't abuse drinking coffee its really bad to your health

Coffee is alot lighter than redbull and wont give you a heart attack lol
