I'm not disgusted that he blended a tarantula and drank it down, I'm digusted that he blended a freakin' LIVE tarantula, for heaven's sake!

If he wanted to gross people out, he should've stuck his own hand into the blender and blend it well for good measure. I'm sick of these people.

Any answers???
Having done psychology once in Spain tough I did not want to do it I had to as you could not repeat the same subject again in the next year if it was an optional subject, I wanted to do IT again the next year but I could not.

Anyway having done psychology I know the answer and that answer is: Arachnophobia
Yep. Hmmm, do they teach basic psychology during high school in Spain? Nice. Anyway, it should be common knowledge to people.
For those who like learning new things every day, the most poisonous/venomous/deadly/dangerous spider in the world is the funnel web spider. Luckily, they're only found in Australia. We have a similarly devastating abomination called the brown recluse here in Canada. They are deadlier than female black widow spiders. Bites often leave temporary scabs and terrifying hollow scars. Some people have underwent plastic surgery to heal themselves of detrimental afflictions in fatal cases. I have witnessed one person put under surgical operation, it was a horrifying sight. The flesh...it looks as if it is rotting....ughh...
Another interesting, albeit slightly disgusting fact is that we eat atleast 8 spiders in our sleep throughout our life time in Canada. Heh, I've arrived here 4 years ago, so it will be less for me. Still, I've seen brown recluses hanging around my house a few times, so it really creeps me out thinking about ever eating those, even in my sleep...
Some of you may know the Polynesian island of 'Guam' in the Pacific Ocean. It is a part of US territory. I went there once, it was like a harsh episode of a 'survivor' reality show on TV. I regretted the visit. There were jungle spiders everywhere, and they're fairly humongous. There were small tarantula variants and derivatives there as well, which posed smaller threats, but damn, it was really scary. I killed atleast three jungle spiders with stone tridents, and I think the local people devour and consume these critters as food. That is gross, but yeah, people have to depend on whatever they can find for survival.

Here in Tennessee, Brown Recluse's are also common. We also eat several spiders in our lifetime, just like you. It's amazing the similarities our two places have, even though they are so close!

I caught a copperhead snake the other day, it was a baby. I was cutting the grass and it nearly got me. They say the babies are the most poisonous! Anyways, I put it in a coffee can, and later on, in that same can was a Brown Recluse! I do not know how it got there, but we killed the snake and then presumed to kill the spider. With gasoline and plenty of fire of course
