Lightbulb lack of sleep

i Always lack of sleep . only 5 hours or 6 hours . can someone give an advice on what to eat or drink so i can cope with this kind of lifestyle.

I also have the same problem and this insomnia thing is killing me, I wanted my doctor to prescribed me some kind of sleeping pills but instead he suggested to change to a more healthy lifestyle. lay off smoking, and eat veggies and plenty of exercise should be done. got no time for it so there are still sleepless nights.

I also sleep for only 5-6 hours, but I was trying to make some exercise twice a week and drinking milk before going to bed.

Melatonin also comes in pills, you can buy it on the internet or in local store (if any).

It has been studied for the treatment of cancer, immune disorders, cardiovascular diseases, depression, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), circadian rhythm sleep disorders and sexual dysfunction.

Treatment of circadian rhythm disorders
Exogenous melatonin, usually taken orally in the afternoon and/or evening, is, together with light therapy upon awakening, the standard treatment for delayed sleep phase syndrome and non-24-hour sleep-wake syndrome. See Phase response curve, PRC. It appears to have some use against other circadian rhythm sleep disorders, such as jet lag and the problems of people who work rotating or night shifts.
