Justice in these world is becoming more technical. It was commen sense which prevailed on the justice plank in older days of community living. Now it is more a technical wizardary that is seen in the court battles. Otherwise you do not see the criminals coming out of the courts free as there are no witnesses!

Common sense should be enough to serve justice, but now, due to "modernization" of the judiciary system, the offenders receive an edge over the opposition, provided that they are sly and shrewd.

That is typically the case of law losing the commen sense. Earlier, the judges were persons of undisputed integrity, and happen to know the offenders. Now it is technicality more than commensense!!
