Let's talk about our daily ritual? ANY RITUALS will do ...

One of my ritual was before going to bed, having half bath when im not tired from work, brush my teeth,take my vitamins,drink 1-2 glass of water and put on some facial cream.If I skip doing my ritual I can't sleep well.

How about you, what your daily repetitive rituals?

should I take my list too?
wash-up,brush my teeth,take my vitamin,drink cup of hot choco,I also have moisturizer,powder,but not lotion, then comb my hair and say a little prayer...nice sleep

ritual the whole or before sleeping? before sleeping of course shower or a bath is a must and to brush your teeth...

when im cleaning at home i always turn on the radio or play one of my favorite cd. i love listening to music it relax me.
