e commerce
saw this intersting page indicating the number of complaints from consumers on e commerce and the countries where these "defalting companies" are situated:
http://www.econsumer.gov/english/con...0-%20FINAL.pdf Intersting observations: Netherlands, spain, Nigeria, Italy and south Africa figure in the list where these companies are situated. There are no consumer complaints from these countries. Does this mean that they are patriotic, that they do not cheat their own countrymen?
