Yes it is them man made islands, they are made by the same company "Al Nakheel Properties (Nakheel Corp)" that made the The Palm Islands in Dubai.

That looks amazing! Just imagine being able to create anything you wanted on an island. Something only a very small portion of us could ever achieve.

BTW: I would prefer it if a female accepted this offer instead of a male
