finding deleted pages

I wasnt sure were to ask this, so googled and this forum came up

I am not all that computer savvy, but was wondering if someone deleted pages visted in the history toolbar, is there anyway to retrieve them back, to see what was visited?? ATM I can see the site that was visited but actual pages have been deleted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if this is the right way. I would export the history pages and run a link checker like xinu to see if the page still exists.
