I have been experiencing this problem for a few months now. I do not know what it is or why it is happening. This happens with several programs (and with something called "SysMonitor.exe" or something like that at start up. Please help me find out what is causing this problem and fix it (or atleast just fix it). Is this a new problem? If so, can you just do a safe-boot and go back to your last configuration where everything worked?
