Exclamation .NET Framework

I have been having trouble for the past few months with .NET Framework. .NET Framework won't work on my computer anymore (it is causing several programs to not work also), and when I downloaded the latest version of it from Microsoft's website (to try and fix the problem), it wouldn't install, it said that the previous version is already up to date or something, here is an example screenshot of a program not working because of .NET Framework being broken: http://www.teamkindred.com/AO/files/...2009182446.jpg
