What do i need to do in my site in order to get clicks (on the ads and in the search ads) from people?

You need to get visitors for your website. That means traffic. So concentrate on traffic building methods.

I had this month 4000+ entrance and only few clicks and none searches...

If you have configured everything right and you see the ads, there's nothing more to do, except trying to drive viewers to your site. It is up to them to click. Unfortunately most people have gotten so used to them they rarely click them anymore. If your site begins to draw a large number of viewers Google will put in more of their top-tier ads targeted to your subject and with a proven success rate. So the answer is traffic!

Traffic method is really help to your website.But you have to asked yourself why do I have few clicks in my ads?What will be my marketing strategy so visitors get interested in my site?I think you have to concentrate in marketing aspect.
