small business ideas

hi there every one.....i have been considering quite a few small business ideas over a few months.i have now had a look at self publishing.it seems to me every one is writing books.any you people out there got any good ideas.mainly towards the self publishing angle. thanks

To be honest, with car customization and such at its rate, your best bet would be to start a small business in the automotive business.. Or possibily food, selling food and such.. We all know we need food to live!! lol

personally, i would start a lan center, at first it is hard to get off the ground, but when you come out of debt, you rake in alot of money each week. But the down side is, that if your attract the wrong type of people (ie: perves, drug uses and hackers) the business can easily go up and your left with a massive debt.
