college

I'm studying Architecture in Damascus university and I just love going their
since I've been to college and I feel more independent and free
I know that there is a lot more work than high school but it feels like you are working for your own good
Don't you think?

Actually I'm studding at school now, but this year I'm going to take my first exam at the university and I know that I have enough knowledge to enter university.
And I hope I will get my degree in "computer security"

mondine is an unknown quantity at this point
Way back when I went, they used to refer to college as "high school with ashtrays" (but I suppose that those are gone, now).
But yes, there was a lot more independence, flexibility, and individual initiative.
(And more free time for 'studding'. )
Much better.

College is the poor man's University. I personally - sorry if I offend anybody - find colleges very sleezy. If money isn't the problem, go to a university.

Many people use the words almost interchangeably, I personally don't though. I'd have to agree with you, however on the latter.
