Korean government smuggels heroin into Australia

Recently, the australian national protection agency busted the second biggest ever shipment of heroin into Australia, 140 kg of heroin. All media sources are 100% certain that the dictator Kim Jon Ill or whatever his name is has stooped to smuggling narcotics around the world to pay for his nuclear weopons testing, no speculation, its TRUE!!! The airforce than used the massive boat as target practice, nice shot boys . Any hoo, what should we do about this vulgar behaviour by the Koreans?

Okay. It's just that I tried to Google up the news-story (it's got to be online somewhere, right?), and the stories I saw that fit the description were from May and June of 2003.
If you can find a reference to a more recent event, I wouldn't mind having a look.

Indeed, it does.

Yeah, that doesn't really matter; I was just wondering.
It's too bad that knowing something, and proving it are two different things, sometimes.
Like the prosecutor said, there's no doubt that the N Korean government operative on board must have known about the drugs,
but they still couldn't get a conviction against him.
And they would have had to do that, to legally tie the crime back to the North Korean government.

Not that there's much that could have been done if they had, I don't think.
