Archive to local file?
I'm wondering if there's a way to collect certain pieces of mail (those with a particular label, for example) and archive them to a file that I can send to another user--something along the lines of Outlook's .pst archive.brbrI use Gmail for creating, sending, and saving specific types of communications that I would like to separate from the rest of the mail and be able to read the messages in a single file that I can also share with others. It would be ideal if the file could be opened by Word.brbrIs there any kind of tool like this available for Gmail?brbrbrThanks in advance.br

You can use GMail in Outlook Express.
http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13278 Click there and it talks about configuring access in Gmail. Other than that, I don't know if there is a way to do it from the browser. Hope this helps, SC05 |
