help! can't login!

FONT face="Arial Narrow"she's running internet explorer on win xp sp2. one of the tools i ran on her pcmust have changed some ie setting but i have no idea what or how to undo whatever it did.BR/FONT

You could try it in Firefox, to see if it's working.

Do another virus scan

i reran all the tools. no viruses, nothing.

i think the problem has to do with some changes to internet explorer's cookie handling and/or security settings.

i went into the ie privacy settings, overrode the handling of sites in the "internet zone" to "always allow session cookies".

i hope this isn't dangerous, but it works....
