Bizarre: Loss of delete function...
FONT face=Tahoma size=2I want to delete an account but I can not find the delete option. I searched help, found the instructions and they didn't line up with what looks like a new Google Account's settings page. Does anybody know anything or can anybody help me?/FONT

Are you sure you're starting in the right place for your Google Account?
If you log in on this page, you should see "My services - Edit" at the top of the right-hand column. Clicking "edit" there should give you a page where "Delete Gmail Service" is one of the choices.
