Help
span style="font-family: Verdana;"Hello all,/spanbr style="font-family: Verdana;"br style="font-family: Verdana;"span style="font-family: Verdana;"I have a problem with my gmail and wondered if anyone could help out. I have had an account since near enough the start of gmail, it's now at 94% full (after deleting everything that was non-essential). I know have the problem that everyone knows my address as my main email address, and I get a lot of important mails to it, yet in a few weeks it will be completely full. I don't want to have to start again with a new address. Is there anyway I can forward all my mails to another account as an archive or is there another way of keeping what I already have and clearing my 94%///spanbr style="font-family: Verdana;"br style="font-family: Verdana;"span style="font-family: Verdana;"Thanks./spanbr style="font-family: Verdana;"br style="font-family: Verdana;"br

You sound like there's too much mail going into one single point, you could try opening a new Gmail account and set up lables so that all non-critical mail will be forwarded into the other account.

You could use something like Thunderbird or Outlook Express to download all your mail to your computer, make a few backups, then delete the emails from your online account.
