Transferring Mail
I just signed up for a new gmail account. Is there any way (other than forwarding my mail) to transfer my mail from my old gmail account to the new one?

Me neither.. I thought it was possible to forward everything at once (which would do what you want, the problem with forwarding now is that you'll have to do it one-by-one) by creating a filter that has the constraints of the "to:" address being your Gmail address, and then set it to forward to your new account. And on the next page selecting to apply this to all conversations that are already on your account (which is possible for any other type of filter, that does not has the "if ... then forward to" constraint. Unfortunately this has been disabled by Gmail. I'm pretty sure that it was possible before..
Tried some searches on Google for you as well, but couldn't find anything.. |
