Gmail "Mail Fetch" option
Very interesting new feature coming up for Gmail users. Within the next few weeks, a "mail fetch" feature will be added. This will allow you to download POP3 mail to your Gmail inbox.

Actually, I've seen other free email providers offer this in the past. In fact, I think Hotmail did at some point.
I never found a use for it, though. If the other mail provider offers POP access, they almost certainly offer email forwarding as well. |
