No I have not delete my data. It is about privacy: If you receive an email and delete it, will Google have access to the deleted email???

Actually, they may have access to deleted email just because Gmail runs on many, many servers. Even when your account is marked as 'deleted', it will take some time for this change to take effect across all of the mirrors of your data.
