Google Email Servers Down 22 Jan 2005

Hello: This is my first message posting.

The Google email servers are down (maybe just for me, gmail is mad at me?).

I have several gmail accounts and use Internet Explorer and Mozilla.

All cookies have been deleted, cache cleared, etc.

The following errors are being returned each time I attempt to login to any of my gmail accounts:

"Oops...the system was unable to perform your operation. Please try again in a few seconds."

"Server Error

Gmail is temporarily unavailable. Cross your fingers and try again in a few minutes. We're sorry for the inconvenience."

I was able to access one gmail account and sent a message to the help desk.

I received two auto-responses stating that they couldn't help as this was an auto-response...sigh.

I love gmail and have never had a problem with it until today.

Any suggestions? I'm not a technician.

Thank you.

One suggestion: be patient, after all Gmail is still in its beta phase...

Welcome to GC.

There's a thread in which to post this kind of things...

Not Working

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Not that I'm happy you can't access your email, heehee.

I was wondering if I'd been singled out to be google-banned because I have more than one gmail account.

I feel like an idiot.

Here is the newest error message after many login attempts:

"Your session is invalid. Please sign in again.

Don't ask for my password for 2 weeks.

Forgot your password?"

I wouldn't be so concerned if I could access my gmail account associated with that certain online auction site. seabay and it's paL..pay.

Is down here too...

But as I use IE I get the Message Box:

"Opps... sorry man but I think you should go and tell people in the forum your gmail finally is down too..."

I kindda freaked out but after all Google knows it all...

My main account doesn't work, but it's not affecting all accounts - my technician account works.

My main account has been down all day: "Sorry, service is currently not available. Please try again later."
