Gamil and Tbird problem

I successfully installed Tbird as a Gmail POP client. But it is not downloading the old messages. Using Ctl^T I gert as far as last October, but then it says there are no mroe new messages.

I want to use this mainly to hcck up gmail so I can make more space.

I'm not sure you have used the download option properly.

You might want to go into Gmail's settings and set it to download all of the email, from all time. I know it's annoying to start over with the download, but I can't offer you any better solution.
