Password Mismatch

Guys,

I have a real problem, and I've been sending messages to Google
through this forums and the Gmail help, and I still get no reply.

Since a couple of weeks (3 in fact), I cant access my Gmail account,
that I've been using for more than 2 years.

Basically, I get a password/user mistmatch. Now, I didnt change it, so
I supose somehow, I got hacked (I'm so carefull with this...zzz)

Problem is that I cant seem to receive the security question link in
my initial e-email address.

I keep on going to the gmail.google.com page every 5 days, and it
dosent ask me for my secret answer....

I think I left by now some 4 or 5 requests to Google, but still dont
receive an answer.

This really sucks, because although I use this account for personal
reasons, I've been using professionally all other Google products. My
clients are really pissing my head at the moment because I lost my
gmail, and some of them are starting to change to other providers...

Does anyone know of an e-mail address in Google I can contact to try
to sort this out? I mean, a Customer Accountant, CEO, something?

I have the impression I'm hitting on a OUT_OF_REACH_GOOGELE wall...

I need to retrieve some of those e-mails, and cant get a single reply
from them.

Customer Service really sucks in Google.. I'll go back to Microsoft or
Novell. At least there, I know someone will at least reply.

Help welcomed.

Tks

Hi Pampas!

Have you checked the spam inbox of your secondary email address (to which your password should have been sent) ? Sometimes this kind of reminder email can be considered as spam by some email servers.

Hope this helps!
