Photos in body of email?

Does anyone know if it's possible to paste photos into the body of a Gmail message itself, rather than just include them as an attachment? Been trying for ages and beginning to doubt if this is possible.

Yah.. i dont see any option to insert image too... i also try to paste image before but it didn't work..

Me too have tried to insert images but it has no option

I use Outlook Express if inserting images in body is necessary.

do you then send the message created in outlook via your Gmail account?

Yes, You can use Outlook Express with your gmail account.

Gmail supports POP3 access.

If you want to use Outlook and any help is needed, let me know.

Isn't it possible to just copy & paste a preformatted text into gmail? So just copy & paste a text with rich text formatting that includes an image ...

No, it's not possible, maybe for some security reasons.....but yes, you can set up your local mail client to send emails through Google account....
