HELP Anyone not in UK????

Would it be possible for someone to sign up for a gmail account with this name
'mrandmrstodd' and set the password as 'password' for me.

here in the uk if we register the account here it is a google account, if we register it outside the UK it is gmail.

i know they are the same, but would rather have gmail
