Anyone using Gmail with google apps?

Hi, I recently signed up for google apps with my domain. Google is offering 2GB email storage but unfortunately not supporting Gmail Notifier for that.

I am very used to of this gmail notifier and now when this is not working I am really getting upset. I want to know that is there any way to get the notifications of new emails on gmail?

Any software you know? Those who are using google apps with their domain how do you keep tracking your emails?
