Export all e-mails from GMail

Hello!

I'd like to export all my e-mails from my GMail account to an IMAP account. Does anyone have a good idea how to do this? I already tried your forum's search but I did not find anything helpful.

You can download them using pop3 with outlook if you have the option

I already tried this but the problem is, I would get any e-mail (inbox and sent-mails) into one single folder and I would have to order them myself. I don't like this thought but I think I'll have to do it like this!?!
