How to add my yahoo free account to Gmail

I see there is a feature in Gmail where in we can 5 other email addresses

I want to add my free yahoo account , it's not able to add.

Can any one give me the steps to do that.

Have you tried adding your yahoo address on the "Quick Contacts" located at the mid left of your gmail?
i tried adding my other yahoo address on the contacts but then the firefox pop-up blocker showed and restricted me from viewing the pop-up page, i just enabled the pop-up blocker to allow the pop-ups to be viewed, then after that i cn already add my yahoo address on my Gmail contacts!

you can try it, i hope that solves your problem.
